I am getting back into my healthy eating and fitness, beginning now.
I have hardly exercised at all this week and it really makes an impact. its been raining and I've been opting to sit back and watch movies and snacking on easter eggs! I need to get back into my routine! running is on the agenda for the following week I have off!
